Laboratory Tape/Labels
Laboratory tapes/labels are primarily used for sample marking, equipment identification, and experimental records. Common materials include solvent-resistant polyester, high-temperature resistant polyimide, and waterproof vinyl. Laboratory-specific labels must be resistant to chemical corrosion (acids and alkalis), temperature resistant (-20~120℃), and easy to peel and apply.
Aluminum Foil Tape
Aluminum foil tape is a special type of tape made with aluminum foil as the base material and coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive. It has excellent high-temperature resistance, moisture resistance, heat insulation, and electromagnetic shielding properties. Common widths are 50mm-100mm, thicknesses are 0.05mm-0.1mm, and the temperature range is typically -20℃ to 150℃. Special Tape
Specialty tapes are commonly used functional adhesive materials in industrial fields, mainly categorized into high-temperature resistant tapes (such as polyimide tapes), insulating tapes (such as PVC electrical tapes), antistatic tapes, and double-sided tapes. High-temperature resistant tapes can withstand temperatures of 200-300℃, while insulating tapes typically withstand voltages exceeding 600V.
Wipes
Wiping paper is a commonly used cleaning consumable in laboratories, mainly available in three types: dust-free wiping paper, medical wiping paper, and industrial wiping paper. Dust-free wiping paper is made of polyester fiber and is suitable for cleaning precision instruments; medical wiping paper has a disinfection function; and industrial wiping paper focuses on its stain removal capabilities.
Plastic Bag
Laboratory plastic bags are mainly used to store experimental samples, reagents, or waste, and must have properties such as chemical resistance and antistatic properties. Common materials include HDPE (acid and alkali resistant), LDPE (good flexibility), and PP (high temperature resistant), with a thickness typically between 0.05-0.2mm. Some special-purpose bags may have added UV blocking or sterilization treatment.
