Payment Guide
To make your purchasing experience more convenient and seamless, and to provide flexible and efficient service at every stage, we have designed a diversified payment system. You can choose the most suitable method to complete your payment based on your specific circumstances.
1. Alipay online payment
We support Alipay online payment and recommend it to customers who prioritize efficiency.
Operating Instructions：
a). Online ordering customers：Log in to your member center, go to "My Orders", find the unpaid order, and click the "Pay Now" link. The system will automatically redirect you to the Alipay secure payment page.
b). Non-online ordering customers：Each of your orders corresponds to a unique order number and login account. You can log in to the website using your mobile phone number to find your order and make payment. If you need to pay online but are unsure of the above information, please contact your dedicated customer service engineer for assistance.
c). Payment confirmation：After payment is completed, the page will automatically redirect to the previous page and display "Payment successful". Your order status will be updated to "Payment completed".
d). Login Instructions：New users will be automatically redirected to the login page after registration. You can also click the "Login" link at the top of the page to log in.
2. Prepayment (recommended for long-term purchasing clients)
Pre-deposit payments are designed for customers and contracted agents with ongoing purchases, effectively simplifying the payment process for each transaction.
Core advantages： Account balance is available in real time, and payment will be automatically deducted from the balance when placing an order, eliminating the need for repeated payment.
Recharge process：
a). Online top-up：Log in to the Member Center > Go to "My Finances" > Click "Top Up Balance" > Complete the payment via Alipay > Top up successfully and receive SMS or email notification.
b). Bank transfer：Confirm your customer ID > Transfer funds via bank (please be sure to include your customer ID in the remittance remarks) > Once the funds arrive, we will credit your account and send you an SMS notification.
3. Bank transfer payment
Arrival time： Intra-city transfers typically arrive within 1 business day; inter-city transfers typically arrive within 1-2 business days.

4. Credit sales
